• An error log for the bot is maintained for debugging and rectification. The event log is stored for commands immediately when an error occurs.

• Our Bot collects data, for example, the number of executed commands while maintaining user anonymity. This data is neither user nor server-specific.

Data Caching

• Our Bot caches basic in-game information from the Discord API (like username/avatar/badges) for up to 1 hour to reduce the API calls.

• Some in-game data is specific to servers, enabling server owners to adjust the Bot's server permissions. This data is stored as needed.
