Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Non-refundable Payments: All payments made to (Pokémon#8738 Bot/Disbot Technologies LLP) are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, donations, purchases, and any other type of monetary transaction.

1.2 Services Rendered: By using our services, you acknowledge that the services are provided "as is" and any perceived value received from using our bot or services is immediate. Therefore, no refunds will be provided once a payment has been processed.

1.3 Exceptional Circumstances: While our policy is strictly non-refundable, any exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This does not guarantee a refund but ensures your situation is evaluated fairly.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Service Cancellation: Users are free to cancel any services or stop using our bot at any given time. However, cancelling a service does not entitle the user to a refund, even if cancelled immediately after a payment has been made.

2.2 Automatic Renewals: If any services have automatic renewals or recurring charges, it's the user's responsibility to cancel these services if they no longer wish to continue. Failure to do so will result in the continuation of the service and charges, which remain non-refundable.
